Loved the place, had a really comfortable stay on vacation. The breakfast was sensational for what was on offer, with miso soup and apple juice. Great and beautiful location close enough to alternative transport, the train station and the snow monkey park and Shiga Kogen and the environs, I felt safe. It also was to Lawsons convenience store;))

During our recent trip, we stayed at a cozy hotel located in the heart of a popular tourist destination in Nagano. the hotel was only a short distance away from the famous snow monkey park, and our host was kind enough to personally pick us up from the train station in the cold weather. Our room was large with a lovely Japanese-style decor and a comfortable bed. the onsen was a great way to relax after a long day. the only down point was the lack of a kitchen or bar, but with so many restaurants around, it wasn't a big issue.
